11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by merryph.con

merryph.con reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

11.2 Closure by Player
